All of the ingredients we chose adds up to create a broad-spectrum sunscreen that protects against UVA and UVB rays and provides an SPF of 25. The oils and waxes provide a natural barrier on the skin that makes it water- and sweat-proof. This creamy formula is gentle, softening, effective, and safe for all ages. The twist-up tube makes it easy and fun to apply for kids!
Goes on clear with just a little extra rub. So far, it is not possible to make a natural sunscreen without a little bit of work to remove the white of the zinc oxide, so it requires just an extra moment of patience. It is recommended to reapply every 1-2 hours.
*Please note that this sunscreen has not been tested in an FDA-approved laboratory for efficacy. The SPF listed is an estimate based on the zinc oxide ratio.
